Last year I had the privilege of working with the film-maker Ben Akers on his documentary Steve, a moving examination of male suicide. The project navigated men’s mental health and the barriers men experience to getting help. Working with men who found the therapy space an invaluable tool to improve their mental health heightened my resolve to help bring those barriers down.

I founded Therapy for Men after working for many years with hundreds of male clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and sexual and relationship crises. Therapy is a powerful tool for men today to make real changes to their lives.

In my clinic, nothing is off the menu and there's not much I haven't heard. I will provide you with a safe, supportive space to explore whatever is troubling you. Whatever you are bringing, I will work in a way that offers you empathy, support and respect. We will go at your pace, discussing the difficult issues when you feel you are ready to do so.
