Brighton & Hove

If you're reading this, chances are you're struggling with something that you feel you can no longer cope with. Perhaps you are suffering from feelings of anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Or, maybe you are experiencing relationship issues or problematic behaviour patterns that you don't fully understand; you want to change but you don't know how to.

As an experienced psychotherapist, I will provide you with a safe, supportive space to explore whatever is troubling you. That may be something specific, such as anxiety, panic attacks or persistent low mood. It may also be something that feels harder to put in to words, such as repeating the same relationship patterns, failing to achieve your goals or the feeling that you have simply lost your way in life. Whatever you are bringing, I will work in a way that offers you empathy, support and respect to help you develop strategies and make positive changes. We will go at your pace, discussing the difficult issues when you feel you are ready to do so.

Brighton & Hove

*** During the current pandemic, I am offering client sessions via video and telephone calls. ***

I provide counselling in Brighton and Hove from two tranquil therapy rooms. Room one is located in the Rock Clinic East which is situated at the Brighton Marina end of Eastern Road. Parking is generally available (metered) and the numbers 1, 7, 47 and 23 provide a regular bus service to the door. You can find a map here.

Room two is located in the Rock Clinic West which is situated between Western Road and the seafront just down from Norfolk Square. Frequent buses travel along Western Road at the top of the hill. You can find a map here.

Sessions are £60 for a 50-minute session. I also offer some reduced fee slots for students and the unemployed.
