Brighton & Hove

I provide counselling in Brighton and Hove from a discrete and tranquil therapy room located on Middle Street in the heart of The Lanes, Brighton. I see clients from the surrounding areas such as Hove, Seven Dials, Queens Park, Kemp Town, Preston Park, Patcham Woodingdean and Rottingdean.

Parking is generally available (metered) and the clinic is a five-minute walk from North Street where all the major bus routes travel in and out of Brighton. You can find a map here.

Sadly at present, the room does not offer disabled access.

However, I offer online counselling and I work with people throughout the United Kindom via a secure video call platform.

This enables those who can't access in-person therapy due to location, time constraints, physical hurdles, social anxiety, agoraphobia, etc., to still access the service. My experience is that it is no less effective than in-person sessions. 

Session fees for individuals range from £75-100 for a 50-minute session.
