CBT & Psychodynamic Counselling in Brighton & Hove

I provide CBT and counselling in Brighton and Hove from a discreet and tranquil therapy room located on 69 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2BB with the street entrance on Wilbury Road (next to Baked Cafe and opposite Small Batch Coffee on Wilbury Road).  I see clients from the surrounding areas such as Portslade, Seven Dials, Queens Park, Kemp Town, Preston Park, Patcham, Woodingdean, and Rottingdean.

There is a multi-storey car park on Norton Road, near Hove Town Hall. This parking is open 24 hours a day and parking charges apply between 8am and 8pm. You can find a map here.

Sadly, at present, the room does not offer disabled access.

However, I offer online CBT and counselling, and I work with people throughout the United Kingdom and Europe via a secure video call platform.

This enables those who can't access in-person therapy due to location, time constraints, physical hurdles, social anxiety, agoraphobia, etc., to access the service. My experience is that it is no less effective than in-person sessions. 

The session fee for individuals is £80 for a 50-minute session.
